About Peggy

I have been in Real Estate for 25+ years and living in Alaska for 33+. I am a Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors RES. Helping people find their dream homes is what I do!  I love referring clients to CRS Realtors in other states.  It helps me broaden my perspective of other areas and I try to match my clients with Realtors with similar interests and goals.

Alaska is diversified so over the years I have sold homes, cabins, condos, duplexes, 4 plexes, land and even trailers.  I enjoy working with first time buyers and returning clients and in many cases I am on the 2nd generation.  

I do try to keep family and friends in my routines with a round of golf every once in a while and BBQs.  I love to garden and spend the winters planning my next flower arrangements.

I came to Alaska from San Luis Obispo to help a friend cook in a hunting camp.  From there I got different jobs in the oil fields of Prudhoe Bay and Milne Point working for a variety of oil companies.  

I have been President of the State CRS Chapter and received the CRS of the Year Award.  I belong to the Anchorage Women's Club, Elks and American Legion Post 1.  Military have a very soft spot in my heart.

I love Alaska and Anchorage for the people, beautiful mountain views and the lifestyle it affords me.  Let me help  you have a great experience too.
